  2. Our technicians will diagnose the issue to determine if it's covered under warranty
  3. If covered, we'll process your warranty claim. Repair time varies:
    • Minor repairs: 1-3 business days
    • Major repairs or part replacements: 5-10 business days
    • Complex issues requiring part importation: 2-3 weeks
  4. We'll notify you when your device is ready for collection

Tip: Always backup your data before bringing your device for repair.

What if my device is out of warranty or has physical damage?

We offer out-of-warranty repair services for all Xiaomi devices at competitive prices:

  • Delivery within Nairobi: KES 300-500 depending on location (free for orders above KES 15,000)

Payment Methods: Cash on delivery, M-Pesa, bank transfer, or credit/debit card at our store.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Device must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • No physical damage, scratches, or signs of use
  • Original receipt must be presented
  • Return/exchange reasons:
    • Manufacturing defect (immediate exchange)
    • Change of mind (subject to 10% restocking fee)
    • Incorrect item received (free exchange)

Note: Opened software-activated devices (phones, tablets) cannot be returned for change of mind unless defective.

Do you offer installment payment plans?
